CLUB29 Subscription by MAC Digital

By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription Packages

We offer two subscription packages:

• Monthly Subscription: recurs every month from the date of subscription.

• Quarterly Subscription: recurs every three months from the date of subscription.

​

You may upgrade, cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time via your Customer Portal.

​

2. Payments, Refunds and Cancellations

 

2.1. Payments

• Payments will be made in accordance with the subscription you selected and signed up for.

• Your subscription fee will be automatically charged at the start of each new period unless cancelled.

• If payment fails, we will continue to retry the charge. If the payment continues to fail 7 days later, your subscription will be cancelled and all access revoked.

2.2. Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time using your by logging into your Customer Portal and clicking CANCEL. Your Customer Portal link can also be found at the bottom of each CLUB29 email.

• Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not be renewed.

• You are permitted to sign back up at any time if you wish.

2.3. Refunds

• All subscription fees are non-refundable.

• No partial refunds will be issued in exchange for mid-period cancellations.

4. Use of Provided Materials

• All guides, tutorials, templates, and tips provided by MAC Digital are for your personal use only.

• You are not permitted to duplicate, copy, distribute, or sell any of the materials provided.

• Violating this policy will result in immediate termination of your subscription without a refund and potential legal action.

5. Results and Growth Disclaimer

• MAC Digital does not guarantee specific results or growth on Instagram.

• The effectiveness of our services can vary based on various factors beyond our control, including but not limited to your engagement, content quality, and market conditions.

6. Free Instagram Audits

• As part of your subscription, you are entitled to one free Instagram Audit every three months.

• Audits are conducted to provide feedback and strategies to improve your Instagram presence.

• You will be prompted by email to claim your first audit after 2 months. It is your responsibility to contact us to claim future audits every 3 months thereafter.

7. Community

• CLUB29 members must be respectful to other members at all times. You must never degrade, be rude to or discriminate any members. If you have an issue regarding a member, contact MAC Digital directly by Instagram DM or email hello@macdigital.co

• Members are not permitted to use the community to promote their business or services unless given written permission from the MAC Digital team

• Members must not spam the community with messages

• If you have automated reply messages set-up on your Instagram account (for example like ManyChat), you will be asked to join the community using another account if automated reply messages cannot be switched off

8. Changes to Terms

• MAC Digital reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

• Subscribers will be notified of any changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

• MAC Digital is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

• Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MAC Digital operates.

By subscribing to MAC Digital, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Only proceed with payment and sign up if you agree to these terms.
